Individual Therapy

My primary area of expertise is in trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder. I also work with adults to overcome fear and anxiety, improve mood, navigate life transitions, and address general distress to move toward a place of greater well-being. My approach is warm, personalized, and always evidence-based. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential and will work with you to help you achieve your goals in a safe, compassionate environment.  

PTSD

Therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma reactions following distressing experiences. Therapy can help you process painful memories, reduce flashbacks and hypervigilance, and rebuild a sense of safety, confidence, and calm in your daily life

Womens Mental Health

Therapy for women navigating emotional and reproductive challenges, including perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, pregnancy, infant loss, birth trauma, as well as support through identity changes and the transition to parenthood.

Grief/Loss

Therapy for grief, bereavement, and major life losses. Whether you’re mourning a loved one, experiencing a breakup, or adjusting after a significant change, therapy provides a safe space to process emotions, find meaning, and heal at your own pace.

Depression

Therapy for depression and low mood, including sadness, loss of motivation, fatigue, and difficulty finding joy. Together, we’ll explore the underlying causes, strengthen coping skills, and work toward restoring hope, energy, and emotional balance.

Anxiety

Therapy for anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and chronic stress. I'll help you learn practical tools and strategies to manage racing thoughts, anxiety, and overwhelming worry—helping you feel calmer, more focused, and in control.

Life Stressors & Transitions

Support for managing stress, burnout, health problems, insomnia and major life transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, parenting challenges, and relocation. Therapy helps you gain clarity, build resilience, and navigate change with confidence and self-compassion.
